Shri Vipin Sharma, age 54 years, is an Arts Graduate from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. He belongs to a well- established business family in Delhi and has over 30 years of varied business experience. During the early years of his career he started as a marketing head in a pharmaceutical company, after that he joined his father's business of scientific instruments and packaging machines. Soon after he started to manufacture tobacco products Pan Masala and Gutka to Nepal. In 2003 he started a business of perfumery.

Inspite of his being actively involved in these projects, Mr. Vipin Sharma finds sufficient time to participate in various civic & welfare activities. He is the Trustee of IPEX Bhawan Society, founded in 1996, which is involved in educational welfare of students who are deserving but financially weak and works for the betterment of society.

Mr. Vipin Sharma is the Promoter Director of the company, he is pivotal in maintaining and conducting the day-to-day administrative functions of the company.

An Indian entrepreneur and a successful director with such wide experience having the ability to transform ideas into long-term sustainable business operations using strategic planning and implementing operational transformation.

Mr. Dayanand Ray is a visionary leader with 20 years of experience in various leadership roles, he brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence and team empowerment to drive organizational growth and innovation. He has done his schooling from Bihar. He possess a strong understanding of market dynamics, coupled with a passion for leveraging emerging technologies and trends to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Mr. Dayanand Ray has held various leadership positions throughout his career, including roles such as Manager Sales & Marketing. Currently he is Director, he are responsible for day to day operations of Golden Cryo Private Limited.
